Essential oils are known for the risk of allergy and photosensitization that they are associated with, therefore, we have preferred fragrance extracted from synthetic molecules to avoid the risks of sensitization in a skin as delicate and sensitive as that of babies and children.

Do they contain gluten?

Our products are gluten free. Gluten free.

Not tested on animals

No, we do not test our products on animals, and we do not use ingredients of animal origin. All the tests we carry out are done on human volunteers.

With mild preservatives

In our labels you will see that we recommend 6 months of use from the opening of the product. By using natural oils and very mild preservatives we prefer to give them a relatively short shelf life, although it is most likely that 6 months after opening the product it will still be in optimal condition. We legally indicate it on the packaging with a pictogram that represents an open jar and indicates the recommended period of use once the packaging is opened, which is 6 months (6M).

Recyclable packaging

All of our containers are made of PET and aluminum. They are recyclable if on your part there is a commitment to throw them in the corresponding recycling containers.

Our formulas introduce products such as almond oil that help hydrate the most sensitive skin, especially that of our babies, which is thinner. The skin is the largest organ in our body and is responsible for filtering 60% of the substances that reach us. For this reason, at Bontibú we pay close attention to the ingredients we use to create a cosmetic product that takes care of the most vulnerable skin, since during the first 6 months of a baby's life the skin finishes forming.

We firmly believe in the intelligence of our skin, and that in order for it to develop without incident, we think that you only need products with simple, natural formulas and without allergens that protect it from external aggressions. The natural ingredients of plant origin that we use in Bontibú are more related to the structure of our skin and work as a second layer protecting the sensitive skin of our babies.

How do I apply perfume to my baby?

The best way is to apply it to your hand and put it on your clothes, so it will not make any reaction to your skin.

What information should I provide in the purchase process?

We deliver to the next countries in EU: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal and United Kingdom. Also we deliver to: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Republic of Macedonia, Malta, Republic of Moldova, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweeden, Switzerland and Ukraine. If your country is not in this list, we are SO sorry. We will try in a future to shipping our products there!

In orders up to € 150, the shipping costs € 20. And if your order is from 150 €, great news: your shipping is free!

If you are from Portugal, the orders from 150 € have free shipping. And in orders up to € 150, the shipping costs € 9.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

My order has arrived damaged, what can I do?

Keep in mind that we have 24 hours from receipt of the order to claim it, so you should contact us as soon as possible.

I have placed an order, but before it is sent I have decided that I do not want it, what do I do?

In that case, we will refund the amount of your order in the same way that you paid for it.

I have placed an order, but before being sent I do not want a product or I want to exchange it for another

If you decide to change one product for another, you must bear in mind that there may be a price difference. If you choose a more expensive product than the one you paid for, we will send you a payment link for the missing amount. And if you decide to choose a cheaper one, we will make you a voucher for the remaining amount for your next purchase. If you finally decide not to choose any, you must take into account if with the remaining order you reach the minimum for free shipping costs (in case you had not paid them). I place an order and it arrives with a wrong or missing product

I buy a product, but I think it is defective / it is not as I thought

If you think that a product has arrived defective (the applicator does not work, you think that the smell is not what it should have or similar) send us an email to hello@bontibu.com with all the information you can provide and photographs of it. The maximum term is 14 days from the receipt of the product by the customer. We will replace the product once the return has been made as long as the problem is a factory defect (which we will check with the manufacturer) and the shipping costs will be borne by Bontibú. If you make the return of a product that finally does not have any defect, you must bear the costs of shipping costs and those of returning your product to your home.

I buy a product, it arrives wrong and I decide to open it

Unfortunately we cannot assume the return of a product that is opened, since it would no longer be suitable for sale. Perishable products, such as cosmetics, come with a closed guarantee seal that ensures that your product is in perfect condition and only for you. By breaking that seal we will not be able to sell that product to another customer and we would be assuming a loss. My order arrives broken or with the appearance of being tampered with

If you think the box of your order has suffered a fall or blow during transport, you notice that it is broken or you are missing a product, let us know within 24 business hours so that we can make a claim to the courier company. Check the contents of the entire box very well to see that everything is in perfect condition.

I have ordered a product and it has a small damage that does not affect consumption (for example, a broken bag, a slightly dented box without the product being affected ...)

Stationery is a very fragile type of product and that is why we try to wrap and protect it very well so that it does not suffer any type of damage during transport. If your product has suffered some type of minor damage that does not affect its use or consumption, we are very sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause you. If you do not want the product, you can make a return assuming the cost of the return shipping.

I want to return something because I don't like it and I have opened / tried it

In the case of a perishable product, such as cosmetics, we cannot return a product with the seal open. If the product you want to return is not perishable (a bag, stationery ...) you must notify us of your desire to cancel within a maximum period of 14 business days from the receipt of your order. Keep in mind that the product must arrive in perfect condition, so it is your responsibility to prepare and wrap it so that it does not suffer any damage in the shipment. If so, we will not be able to proceed with the return. The costs of the return are borne by the customer. The refund will be made by the same means of payment with which you made the purchase.

What is the return policy?
